Refund policy
We want you to love what you order. Because our items are vintage, we don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind. But we’re here to make things right when something isn’t as described.
You have 2 business days after delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. We’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at hi@bodyonframe.com. Include your name, order number, and reason for the return. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don’t send anything back until we’ve approved your return. Items sent without prior approval can’t be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not as advertised, contact us right away at hi@bodyonframe.com so we can sort it out.
Vintage item disclaimer
All of our items are vintage and pre-owned. They may show natural signs of age. Slight wear, fading, or small imperfections. That’s part of what makes each piece unique. These characteristics aren’t considered defects. If you’re unsure about condition, check the listing or get in touch before you buy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. If it is, we’ll process it through Shopify to your original payment method. Refunds typically show up within a few business days, though your bank or card issuer may take a bit longer to post it. If it’s been more than 10 business days since we approved your return and you still don’t see it, email us at hi@bodyonframe.com and we’ll look into it.
